What should you look for this Sunday in the Windy City as the Atlanta Falcons go on the road to face off with the Chicago Bears?

Heavy Running Game for Chicago

The Chicago Bears’ receiving core strength is almost non-existent. Considering Cameron Meredith is out for the season due to a torn-ACL in a preseason matchup, that leaves Kevin White as the No. 1 wide out. He’d probably be third or fourth string for any other team. Atlanta Falcons corner Desmond Trufant should easily lock him up, bearing in mind White has only played four NFL games. That leaves running back Jordan Howard a high level of duties to put up points for the Bears.

The Bears’ firsst string cornerback, Prince Amukamara being listed as doubtful makes the reigning MVP, quarterback Matt Ryan extra confident. The Falcons have debatably the best wide receiving corps, and against a rookie at safety, lack of veteran presence on that defense, expect Ryan to toss the ball up plenty of times.

Interceptions for Mike Glennon

Chicago quarterback Mike Glennon hasn’t played in any meaningful snaps in two years, and that’s going to affect the turnover ratio. Secondary members like Trufant, Robert Alford, Rico Allen, and nickel-back Brian Poole will definitely take advantage of that. Expect a couple interceptions for the rusty quarterback.

Stellar Game for Julio Jones

As mentioned earlier, Prince Amukamara is most likely not going to see any action this Sunday, meaning Julio Jones is ’boutta eat.

“Jet” Jones coming off a surgery this offseason probably feels more than ready to take full advantage of the Chicago bears injury situation. I predict Jones will have one of the best games of his career.
