Atlanta Falcons injury update for Week 17 against the Carolina Panthers.

The Atlanta Falcons will battle against their division rival Carolina Panthers on Sunday. A playoff birth is on the line. Currently, here is who will and will not play for both teams in Week 17.

Atlanta Falcons center Alex Mack has been battling a calf injury and is questionable to play against the Panthers. Per Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com, Falcons Head Coach Dan Quinn said that Mack is a game time decision. Falcons tight end Levine Toilolo has been ruled out with a knee injury. He did not participate in practice this week.

Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones did not practice on Wednesday due to an ankle and thumb injury but was limited for the rest of the week. Jones should be ready to go on Sunday though.

Atlanta guard Wes Schweitzer has been limited in practice this week with a groin injury and is questionable to play. His teammate and guard Ben Garland is ready to back up Mack or Schweitzer if they are not ready to go. Falcons offensive lineman Andy Levitre was limited in practice as he is still battling a triceps injury. It has yet to be determined if Levitre will be able to go on Sunday.

Regarding the Panthers, safety Kurt Coleman is questionable to play as he is dealing with an ankle injury. Carolina cornerback LaDarius Gunter is dealing with an illness and guard Trai Turner is questionable to suit up due to a concussion. (UPDATE 12/30: Per Carolina Panthers, Turner is OUT on Sunday).
