3. Fire Dirk Koetter & Raheem Morris

Sorry, but it’s time for two more coaches to go and most would agree heavily on this.

Dirk Koetter has been anything but a successful offensive coordinator and Raheem Morris has shown us that he’s not ready to take over a team as a head coach.

It’s time to move on from these two guys- clearing out the majority of leaders in the old regime- and allow the new GM and head coach to bring in coaches who can build and develop a different culture.

The first step in all of that, though, is getting rid of Koetter and Morris.
