  • Matt Ryan
  • A.J. Terrell
  • 2021 No. 4 overall pick
  • 2021 second-round pick
  • 2022 first-round pick
  • 2022 third-round pick

Falcons get…

  • Deshaun Watson

In this second trade scenario, you’re getting rid of Ryan’s contract, giving the Texans two picks in 2021 and two picks in 2022, and you’re also giving them a promising young piece in former first-rounder A.J. Terrell.

The Texans can use all the help they can get defensively and Terrell would be a nice piece to begin to build around in that defensive backfield.

It’s not going to help the Falcons, but that’s a package that might at least draw the eye of the Texans.
