2. A.J. Terrell

A.J. Terrell was a questionable pick in the first-round of last year’s draft, but he has looked the part to this point.

Terrell finished 13th overall in the CBS Sports’ final rookie power rankings. He was the highest-rated corner back on the list and the only one to finish inside the top-15.

Terrell still has plenty of room to develop, but what he was able to accomplish during this rookie season shouldn’t be underestimated. He finished the year with 74 tackles and an interception. He also had seven pass deflections and three forced fumbles.
