2. There’s more talent than you think in Atlanta and he gets the most out of his players

The one thing you can say about Arthur Smith is that he gets the most out of his players- just see Derrick Henry and Ryan Tannehill as examples.

The truth is that there is more talent in Atlanta than most understand and those young guys are going to grow and develop under his leadership.

There’s nothing to tell us that Smith can’t identify talent and, as long as he adds to this group, there’s reason to believe that the Falcons can become competitive again.
