4. EDGE Rashad Weaver (Pittsburgh)

Things can still change and the jury hasn’t been out long enough yet, but it seems that the Atlanta Falcons might have very well whiffed on their second-round edge-rusher from a year ago in Marlon Davidson.

It’s not fair to call Davidson a bust yet because he missed time due to a positive test and to injury towards the earlier portion of the season and still was recovering towards the end. The result only saw him play in eight games, garnering no sacks.

That being said, Rashad Weaver is a different type of edge-rusher compared to Davidson.

Scouts love Weaver’s measurables (6-foot-5 and 275 pounds) and there’s hope that he could develop into an elite edge-rusher at the next level.

There’s still plenty of room for him to develop and he is just now getting back to 100 percent following a knee injury that held him out for the entire 2019 season, but he’s certainly worth a look when the Falcons are on the clock in the second-round.
