Atlanta Falcons potential first-time Pro Bowlers No. 5: Kyle Pitts – TE

The excitement around Kyle Pitts is through the roof – as it should be – the Atlanta Falcons got one of the most talented pass catchers in the history of the NFL draft. His measurables are eerily similar to Calvin Johnson, what more can you say?

He has the hype around him to make the Pro Bowl. If he comes out torching defenses and continues that for most of the season, fans will not be afraid to vote him into the Pro Bowl.

He certainly has competition in the NFC. Guys like George Kittle, T.J. Hockenson, Evan Engram, and the pair of Eagles tight ends could pull votes away, but Pitts does have the upper edge when it comes to popularity.

Possibly Pitts will replace Julio Jones as the Falcons perennial Pro Bowler on the offensive side.
