The Atlanta Falcons have dominated the Buccaneers in the years prior to Tom Brady, but now they have scuffled against the Bucs.

Sometimes for a team, it just takes one player and the Bucs decision to replace Jameis Winston with Tom Brady was one that changed the whole culture of the team.

It has caused huge changes in the Atlanta Falcon’s chances to take down the Buccaneers when they play each other.

The Falcons went from dominating to being dominated against the Bucs.

It is simply frustrating to watch a single player change the Falcon’s fortunes against a team they have been able to take advantage of each and every year.

From 2008 to 2019, the Falcons were 16-8 against Tampa Bay.

While it has only been one season since Brady arrived, the Falcons were swept by Tampa for the first time since 2015.

At this point the likelihood of Atlanta being winless against Brady and the Bucs in a week is high. This team showed nothing that showed they could beat the defending champions.

It is so unfortunate for the Falcons that the Patriots were willing to let Brady walk. That single decision changed around this division. The Buccaneers are the clear favorites to end up on top of the division, which would be their first division championship since 2007.

It is sad to not see Jameis Winston throwing free interceptions for the bad Falcons defense. Now it is one of the greatest players in NFL history leading a team that has just enough talent to be favored over most teams they play.

It will be up to Atlanta to be able to keep the Buccaneers from getting their second win of the year. The Buccaneers have been able to go from a bottom-of-the-barrel team to being one of the favorites to make the Super Bowl by just adding one player in free agency.

Next. Next two opponents have advantage. dark
