5. Will Fuller

Will Fuller is another receiver who fits the description of what the Atlanta Falcons are looking for, however, he isn’t the right fit.   Fuller cannot stay healthy and doesn’t help the size issues that Atlanta has at the position. Fuller has a great ability and much like Godwin is going to have a great season in the right situation.

Atlanta isn’t that situation for a player who was at his best as the second or third option with a star receiver and quarterback. Fuller can be electric but bring a lot of the same skills that Russell Gage does and will likely be paid at a higher clip.

Retaining Gage and adding a number one receiver and bringing back Ridley is the best case scenario for Atlanta. There are far better veteran options than Fuller that would give the Atlanta Falcons a much needed shot in the arm.

Fuller would be an interesting fit within Atlanta’s division with a New Orleans team badly in need of a quarterback and receiver help. Without any cap space and appearing to be headed towards the basement of the division it is hard to see New Orleans being able to sign anyone of Fuller’s talent.

Next. Atlanta should sign Colt. dark
