A.J. Terrell & Darren Hall – CB

A.J. Terrell and Darren Hall being X-Factors for the Atlanta Falcons against the Cincinnati Bengals is quite obvious.

When you think about the Bengals, you think about Joe Burrow throwing to Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd, which is certainly one of the best receiving trios in the entire league, if not the best trio.

So, insert A.J. Terrell and Darren Hall as key players who must find a way to slow these talented receivers down. You would expect to see Terrell shadow Ja’Marr Chase for much of the game and then probably see Darren Hall matchup up with Tee Higgins and sometimes Tyler Boyd.

We should not expect these two stud corners for the Falcons to completely shut them down all game because that would simply be asking too much. These are players who can beat anyone but what they need to do is keep them out of the endzone.

The Falcons have been playing a bend but don’t break style defense, so the Falcons corners just need to step up in the red zone, if they do, then Atlanta has a strong chance to make a statement by winning this game.
