Be grateful that the Atlanta Falcons are still in contention for the division

It is Thanksgiving and the Atlanta Falcons are just out of first place in the NFC South, what outsider would have ever predicted that?

Sure, the team might not have the greatest record but neither do the Buccaneers, Saints, or Panthers. There is nothing wrong with winning a division despite not having the best record. All the Falcons need to do is win the division and give themselves a chance.

It will be an uphill battle because they are not in first place, so it may come down to the Buccaneers losing more than the Falcons winning, but that is okay, as long as you get into the postseason.

Anyways, we are in late November and we are competing for the division title and that is exciting.

Next. No one will ever break Cordarrelle Patterson's record. dark
