2nd game Falcons fans should watch: Buccaneers @ 49ers, Sunday at 4:25 pm ET on Fox

This one has big implications for the Atlanta Falcons and their playoff hopes. If the Buccaneers take down the 49ers then the Falcons’ hopes of winning the division are basically buried. It would be a big uphill climb.

However, if the 49ers and their rookie quarterback Brock Purdy can take down Tom Brady then the Falcons still can make a run, but they would still need more help down the stretch.

Even outside of the NFC South standings, it is an interesting game. We will see if Tom Brady can perform against one of the NFL’s best defenses. He led a comeback on Monday against the Saints but the 49ers are a different team.

Also, can you imagine the storylines if “Mr. Irrelevant” takes down the mighty Tom Brady in his first NFL start?
