player. 42. . . . Jimmy Garoppolo. 14

14. Jimmy Garoppolo – San Francisco 49ers (Free agency)

This isn’t the most attractive candidate for Atlanta Falcons fans, and honestly, I don’t think it will happen. He isn’t a mobile quarterback, which is something Arthur Smith has seemed to target in the past (i.e. Ryan Tannehill, Marcus Mariota, and Desmond Ridder), so that hurts his chances.

However, he has been a winner during his career and can still play at a high level, there is clearly value in that.

. . Matt Ryan. 13. player. 46.

13. Matt Ryan – Indianapolis Colts (Free agency)

Unless this is via free agency, I do not see the Atlanta Falcons making a play to bring back Matt Ryan. They traded away his contract for a reason, they aren’t going to inherit it right back.

If they could lure him in free agency, it might be a good move, assuming he isn’t asking for a ton of money. Considering the nightmare he has gone through in Indianapolis, he might be willing to sign a favorable contract for the familiarity if he isn’t ready to retire and become a TV analyst.

814. . . . Stetson Bennett. 12. player

12. Stetson Bennett – Georgia Bulldogs (Draft)

The definition of a winner is Stetson Bennett, and he would love to stay in his home state and bring yet another championship to the state.

Despite that, there is no denying that he isn’t the greatest prospect out there. There are quarterbacks who will throw farther and run faster, but still, you cannot deny his ability to win. And he certainly knows how to fight his way into being a starter.
