1. Lamar Jackson would sell tickets and generate a lot of hype around the Atlanta Falcons

We are starting this off with the lone off-the-field reason. The NFL is a business and businesses like to make money. Lamar Jackson is a polarizing player that fans want to see live. I am sure you get the picture by now but bringing in Lamar would be the greatest thing for Arthur Blank’s pockets.

While Blank is the owner because he wants to win, not because of money, it is only human nature to think about the potential financial gains? There would be a lot more fans in the stadium and there would be a multitude of jerseys with the name ‘Jackson’ printed on the back.

Then you have the mere idea that the national media would talk a lot more about the Dirty Birds. And more fans would want to tune into their games, because who doesn’t enjoy watching Lamar Jackson destroy ankles?
