Offensive tackle (3):

  • OT1: Mike Kenn
  • OT2: Bob Whitfield
  • OT3: Jake Matthews

Offensive guard (3):

  • OG1: Bill Fralic
  • OG2: Justin Blalock
  • OG3: R.C. Thielemann

Offensive center (2):

  • OC1: Jeff Van Note
  • OC2: Todd McClure

The Atlanta Falcons have had their fair share of great offensive tackles as Mike Kenn, who should be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, played 17 years for the team, made numerous Pro Bowls, and was named an All-Pro numerous times. He gets hardly any credit because of who he played for.

Bob Whitfield played 11 years with the Falcons and was simply consistent. The same can be said for Jake Matthews, who is obviously still playing and playing some of the best football he has during his NFL career.

Bill Fralic was a second-overall pick by the Falcons, went on to be a Pro Bowler and All-Pro, and was named to an All-Decade NFL Team.

Justin Blalock was one of the smartest and consistent players as he blocked for Matt Ryan. He spent seven years with the team before he was let go in 2014. R.C. Thielemann played quite a while ago but was among the best at his time.

Jeff Van Note and Todd McClure are among the best players in franchise history. You could also have included Alex Mack here, especially considering the impact he had on his teammates.
