3. Rondale Moore, WR
To say it was a disappointment when Rondale Moore went down with a season-ending injury would be an understatement. Make no mistake about it, the Falcons want his speed on the field and it is hard to imagine that they would let him walk after his rehab.
His health following his rehab is what we have to look at here. Clearly, you do not want to sign a player who isn't healthy so the team needs to know he will have his 4.28 speed back.
If he returns to form then a contract needs to get done. While you only gave up Desmond Ridder—who is on track to be released by Arizona—you still want to see his wheels on the field. Extending him won't cost much and could easily turn into a steal.
