3. Falcons sign WR Tee Higgins

I will continue to say that the Atlanta Falcons will sign Tee Higgins, it makes too much sense.

The Falcons need another receiver and Higgins is perfect for them. He would take some pressure off of Drake London and give the Falcons another jump-ball receiver.

Higgins is represented by the same agent who represents Jessie Bates, A.J. Terrell, Kyle Pitts, and others. Higgins' connections to the Falcons are too strong to ignore and it would be super exciting to see the former Clemson Tiger in red and black.
