Inserting the Atlanta Braves lineup into the Falcons' depth chart for Opening Day in the MLB

Yesterday, we created a baseball lineup using only current Atlanta Falcons' players, and now we are doing something even more strange—inserting the Braves' lineup into the Falcons' depth chart.

Before we get started, there are a few rules to this. The first is that the Braves players always take precedence on the depth chart over the Falcons' players. The second isn't really a rule but I am not including relievers in this; there was only one solid fit which was Jesse Chavez being the head coach. Third, this won't be a complete 53-man roster, and current Falcons' players will fill in the holes in the lineup. And finally, this will only include the top four starting pitchers on the Braves, their two catchers, their primary designated hitter, and the rest of the starters.

Anyways, this was not easy, that is for sure. It really highlights how baseball players come in all shapes and sizes, while football players have very specific sizes at each position. Needless to say, I don't think the Falcons are going to be recruiting many MLB players. These athletes play their specific sport for a reason.

But let's defy all logic and insert the Braves' lineup into the Falcons' depth
