Waller needs 10-15 pounds on his frame but, he could be a very good player in the Joker style lining up as a slot receiver or tight end positions. He could easily become a surefire 3rd down target or he could develop into a potential no. 2 after Roddy White retires. Waller is an exceptional player with incredible athleticism.
