If you have been living under a rock all summer then you may not know who Tevin Coleman is. For those of you who don’t, he was the Falcons’ third round draft pick this year out of Indiana is the projected week one starter as a rookie.

However, Coleman will have to battle it out with second-year man, Devonta Freeman for the starting job, but many believe Coleman will prevail. But, just because Coleman starts doesn’t mean Freeman won’t be featured quite a bit in 2015. Freeman excels at catching the ball out of the backfield as well as picking up rushers.

Expect Coleman to get the first and second downs while Freeman has third-down duty. If you aren’t following, this means that Coleman will get the rushes while Freeman blocks on third down and potentially catches the ball out of the backfield to pick up first downs.

Regardless of who is in the game, expect the Falcons to pound the rock quite a bit with these two men as well as veteran Antone Smith.
