Matt Ryan has been the starting quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons since 2008, so nothing new here. Ryan will have to learn a completely new playbook, but we all know he already knows it by heart. Ryan will be handing the ball off to the running backs a lot more often than he has in the past two years which will hopefully create wide open opportunities for his receiving corps. This will also help keep Ryan upright more often as well!

One thing we would all like to see is Ryan cut down on his turnovers. Ryan has had to force the ball into tight spaces in recent years due to a lackluster offensive line in front of him. The hopes of a productive running game will take the pressure off of Ryan which will allow him to make smarter decisions with the football.

A productive run game will also allow Ryan and Shanahan to re-implement the play action more often to give Julio Jones and others alike an opportunity to gain big yards down the field. Ryan may just have his most efficient year yet in 2015.
