Predicting the Falcons’ 53-man roster before preseason

This list comes at no surprise outside of Marquez Clark. The top guys that will make the team without question include Julio Jones, Roddy White, Leonard Hankerson, Devin Hester and Justin Hardy. And we can almost 100 percent lock in Eric Weems for his outstanding ability to play special teams. This leaves one spot up for grabs.

The two likely candidates to battle for that last spot include Clark and Bernard Reedy. And at this point, It’s Clark’s job to lose. Reedy who turned heads at the 2014 Falcons training camp hasn’t done very much to impress in 2015. Clark on the other hand has impressed everyone with his steady hands and good route running abilities.

This will be a very fun battle to look out for during the Falcons’ preseason. Will Clark beat out Reedy? Or will another receiver outshine them both?
