2) The offense proved late in the game that they are elite

The Falcons went a stretch of six quarters without scoring a touchdown, but quickly turned that around midway through the third quarter. Ryan played out of his mind en route to 397 yards on 37 of 45 passing and two touchdowns but it wasn’t enough.

Devonta Freeman rushed for 88 yards on 21 carries, good enough for a 4.1 yards per attempt average which is respectable and Julio Jones and Jacob Tamme each went for 100 plus yards on the day.

Jones caught 12 passes for 162 yards and a game tying touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter while Tamme caught the other TD from Ryan en route to a 10-catch, 103-yard performance.

It’s hard to look past all of the mistakes the Falcons have had on offense in the past few games, but the offense is fine. They have moved the ball with ease, but have not been able to translate it to points with the number of turnovers they have had.
