24. DALLAS COWBOYS (2-5)

Last week: 20
Change: -4

Losses are piling up in Dallas, and you can make that five straight since Tony Romo broke his collarbone. But remarkably, even at 2-5, the Cowboys are still in the hunt for the playoffs. The NFC East is a dumpster fire, and the Giants sit atop with a 4-4 record. The Redskins and Eagles are only a game above the Cowboys.

If Romo returns in two weeks as he will be eligible to do, Dallas might still be in the hunt. Two games is manageable for him, but that lead can’t grow. The Cowboys will need to beat the Eagles at home this week. A loss for Dallas and a New York win over Tampa Bay would make the challenge that much tougher.

The way it’s going, the Cowboys will be able to rest all of the starters in Week 17 because they have the division wrapped up with six wins.
