22. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (3-4)

Not many people gave Washington much hope before the season began, but even at 3-4 the team is still in business. There’s been no standout team in the NFC East, and the Redskins are only a game behind the 4-4 Giants for the division lead.

Road games with New England and Carolina are on the schedule in the next three games, so the road to the playoffs is certainly a tough one. But it’s far from impossible. The way the teams around them are playing, you can’t rule anything out.

Washington has a pretty good defense to go with a solid ground game. These two areas will need to be leaned onto win enough games, as Kirk Cousins can’t be trusted to beat teams with his arm too often.
