We all know Dave Archer as the play-by-play voice of the Atlanta Falcons, but he was also the quarterback of the team back in the mid 80’s. Archer started in just 23 games for the Falcons from 1984 to 1987.

Archer’s best season in Atlanta came in 1986 in which he threw for a career high 2,007 yards and 10 touchdowns. Archer makes up for his lack of talent on the football field for his ability to call a great game on the radio.
