Vick trumps Ben

In 2006, the Atlanta Falcons took on the Pittsburgh Steelers, and what came to a barn-burner between these teams quickly became a legendary game for the Falcons when that final whistle blew.

In this game, one of the best duos in the NFL decided that they needed another showing of how great they were together for the Falcons that year.

Mike Vick and Warrick Dunn were unstoppable together this day, and they were making it obvious that the Falcons were much better than the experts thought.
As the game went back and forth with the two high-octane offenses, four quarters could not decide the winner of this one as they both flew into overtime tied at 38.

If the defense could find enough energy to stop the deadly Steelers offense just once, then maybe the offense could get in place for a field goal.

Wouldn’t you know it. The defense was able to reach deep within and turn the ball back over to their offense and out walked the “ageless one”, Morten Anderson, who was able to push the ball through the posts and rip the hearts of the Steeler nation.
