Carolina Panthers: Mike Adams, SS

The Carolina Panthers followed up an amazing 2015 season with a forgettable 2016 season. Some pointed out that the Panthers’ secondary suffered from losing Josh Norman and Charles “Peanut” Tillman.

In a division with Julio Jones, Mike Evans, Drew Brees, and other playmakers, it was necessary that the Panthers add to their secondary.

On March 10th 2017, Mike Adams signed a two year contract for $4.2 million with the Carolina Panthers.

As a seasoned NFL veteran, Adams’ experience should be valuable to the Panthers, giving them stability in an inconsistent secondary.
