Vic Beasley’s best moments with the Atlanta Falcons

The Carolina Panthers came to Mercedes Benz stadium and Vic Beasley had a great day against what would be his last game against the Panthers wearing a Falcons uniform.

Beasley was an absolute monster against the Panthers. His stat-line that day showed just how truly active he was when he could simply rush the passer.

In just 39 snaps that day against the Panthers this was his stat-line:

• 2 sacks
• 1 tackle for loss
• 2 QB hits

Beasley would play 30 games for the Atlanta Falcons against the NFC South and this was the only game in which he recorded two or more sacks. The Falcons would win the game 40-20. For his career against the Panthers, Beasley would record seven total sacks, 20 tackles, seven tackles for loss and seven QB hits.

Vic had more success against the Panthers than he did any other franchise during his time in the black and red. No one knows what is going to happen with Cam Newton and the Panthers this off-season, but one could imagine that no one was happier with yesterday’s announcement than Cam himself knowing he no longer had to face Vic Beasley twice a year.
