DE Trent Murphy

The Buffalo Bills’ Trent Murphy will become an unrestricted free-agent later this spring and he’s certainly worth taking a look at.

Murphy made an average of $7.5 million per year as a starter with the Bills, but he likely won’t make that same amount on this next contract. He was beaten out for the starting position as the 2020 season progressed by rookie A.J. Epenesa and he’ll be looking for a fresh start somewhere else.

Sounds exactly like the type of player the Atlanta Falcons should be talking to.

The Falcons aren’t bringing in superstars, but who’s to say that Murphy- a former second-round pick- couldn’t blossom elsewhere with new scenery?
