6. Donte Moncrief  has failed with three teams after having a great career with the Colts

Donte Moncrief was a great reliable receiver for the Colts putting together four good seasons before leaving for Jacksonville. With the Jaguars Moncrief continued to be productive despite not having a reliable quarterback.

After leaving the Jaguars Moncrief made stops with the Panthers, Steelers, and Patriots. At all three stops, it was as if Donte had fallen off a cliff unable to make an impact or make his way onto the field consistently.

Atlanta would be taking a gamble in signing the veteran but there is a slight chance Moncrief can find his way back to the player he was with the Colts and Jaguars.

Moncrief has 21-career touchdowns and 2,576-career receiving yards most of which came with the Colts.  Atlanta could use Moncrief in the slot utilizing Tajae Sharpe and Kyle Pitts on the outside. Hardly a dynamic offense but it would be an improvement over their current options. At worst Moncrief is a veteran option that perhaps could help the Falcons young receivers get back on track. There is always the chance as well Moncrief finds a way to put together a solid second half of the season paired with Matt Ryan and Kyle Pitts.
