Isaiah Oliver

Isaiah Oliver has had an interesting career with the Atlanta Falcons, to say the least. Coming in as a second-round pick, he was expected to be a starting outside corner for Atlanta, but after a couple seasons, it was clear he was not going to be that.

The Falcons previous coaching staff decided to play him as a slot corner and ever since that decision he has been a totally different player.

Oliver is now coming off of a season-ending injury and if he has made a full recovery, he could be a very solid third corner for the Falcons.

Prior to his injury last year, Oliver was playing extremely well as the slot corner and it was obvious what a difference he made after he was injured. Atlanta struggled to find a replacement for him as they looked to numerous players and none of them played particularly well.

It should be an exciting season for Oliver, if he can stay healthy he could potentially provide a deadly trio of corners for Atlanta.

Cross your fingers that he does stay healthy as without him the defense is totally different.
