Week 11: Chicago Bears @ Atlanta Falcons on November 20th

Remember the last time the Falcons took on the Bears? Yeah, that was one strange and disappointing game.

Honestly, this Bears team might be worse now than they were back then, even with the addition of Justin Fields. Go look at this Bears roster and there is not much to be scared of. People who think they have a better team than Atlanta are crazy.

Anyways, this is a game where the Falcons’ defense could rack up some sacks. Justin Fields last season was constantly bombarded with pressure and that is not likely to change in 2022. Cody Whitehair and Riley Reiff are their two best offensive linemen. Enough said.

The only place where the Falcons could have trouble is blocking Robert Quinn off the edge. Quinn, who the Falcons almost ended up with, is coming off of a season where he had the second most sacks in the NFL with 18.5. Pretty crazy that you can have 18.5 sacks and still not lead the league.

Stop Robert Quinn and the Falcons should be able to pull out a victory. Sure they also have Roquan Smith and Eddie Jackson but Arthur Smith should be able to find ways to get this offense in a rhythm against the Bears.

It’s another one of those no-excuse games for the Atlanta Falcons.

Results: Bears 17, Falcons 31
