3. Drake London is the answer at receiver

Three weeks into the season and London has two touchdowns and three good games without an elite passing quarterback. For a rookie receiver to be putting up these types of numbers this early is special and points to the impact he is going to have on this team in the years to come.  London is the answer at the position for Atlanta and could open the door for Calvin Ridley to return to the role he thrived in alongside Julio Jones.

If Atlanta starts Desmond Ridder next season imagine handing the first-year starter Cordarrelle Patterson, Calvin Ridley, Kyle Pitts, and Drake London as his primary weapons. If the offensive line can continue to improve the Atlanta Falcons’ offense would have a chance to be one of the best in the league.

London’s continued success speaks to the fact the Falcons’ front office made the right decision and that perhaps Ridley’s secondary role in which he found so much success is still an option when the receiver returns from suspension next season.

It is also fair to point out that Mariota’s value is in his athleticism and ability to make plays with his legs and create outside the pocket. He is far from an elite passer and with a top fifteen quarterback, it is fair to believe London could be putting up eye-popping numbers for Atlanta.
