Matt Hennessy – Center

The Atlanta Falcons used a third-round pick back in 2020 to draft what they thought would be their future starting center, but that was the previous regime’s thoughts, now the new guys obviously see things differently.

Matt Hennessy was the starter last year but his future became murky later in the season as they started switching him in and out with then-rookie Drew Dalman.

Now in 2022, Drew Dalman has seen every snap during the regular season while Hennessy has yet to see the field (even though one could argue that Hennessy might be the better option) and it seems like they have no plans to play him.

He was one of the top centers in the 2020 draft, there are, without a doubt, teams out there who still value him and you could get a decent return for a player who has been sitting on the bench.

Having a backup center is important, but Hennessy might be too valuable to have wasting away like that. Either let him rotate in for Drew Dalman occasionally, or trade him so that you can get something for the talented offensive center.

Out of anyone on this list, trading Matt Hennessy would make the most sense.
