The Atlanta Falcons will need RB Cordarrelle Patterson to step up in week 11

This game is clearly going to come down to which running game can sustain drives, so if the Atlanta Falcons want to win then they will need Cordarrelle Patterson to play a huge role.

Both of these teams can run the ball, there is no doubt about it. There is also no doubt that they will rely on their strength of keeping the ball on the ground.

The Falcons have had excellent run blocking for much of the year and you figure that they should be able to move the Bears’ defensive line, which means it is up to Cordarrelle Patterson to hit the holes and punish defenders.

He had a down week against the Panthers following a strong return from injury against the Chargers. Hopefully, he is as healthy as ever and can show the power that Drue Tranquill of the Chargers felt firsthand.
