3. Kyle Pitts

An underrated part of Atlanta’s story heading into 2023 is how quickly Kyle Pitts can get back up to full speed after a serious injury. Aside from the huge injury concerns the last time we saw Kyle Pitts he wasn’t playing to his potential.

A large part of this lands squarely on the shoulders of Marcus Mariota and Arthur Smith. An elite pass catcher like Pitts isn’t above blocking but it shouldn’t be his primary use when you consider the ability, he has to make the game changing plays.

The pressure on Pitts in 2023 is about taking the next step and getting off to a quick start after struggling in 2022 and failing to live up to expectations.
