2. MyCole Pruitt

MyCole Pruitt finished the season with 150 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns in a quiet season in an offense led by Allgeier, Patterson, and London.  What makes Pruitt an interesting option to bring back is the chemistry that Pruitt showed with Desmond Ridder in the final two games of the season.

Of his sixteen catches nine of them happened in the final four games in which Ridder was the starter. Pruitt had 103 or his 150 receiving yards with Desmond Ridder playing quarterback. Part of this is due to more chances in the offense due to Kyle Pitts being out with an injury.

However, Pruitt caught Ridder’s first touchdown and showed impressive chemistry with the young quarterback. Bringing Pruitt back as your third tight end on a cheap deal is a smart move. Pruitt isn’t going to be a star in the Atlanta offense but is a great depth piece for a team that needs to add players that Ridder can rely on.  Signing or drafting a tight end as the second option and bringing back Pruitt third on the depth chart.
